I truly believe all 128 WTA participants have a better chance of losing before the fourth round than winning the tournament, so I have no idea what will happen.
I don't really believe in my Kyrgios pick, and I don't even pull for him normally, but his peak this summer looked better than anyone else's, so what the heck.

With Kerber out, I have to keep make Fernandez my craft lefty choice for the tournament.
Despite my picks, I figure the player with the most chance of waking up and taking it all is Osaka.

Osaka has been overweight all summer. I don't see how she can overcome that issue regardless of how well she hits the ball. Her movement is not good enough at the moment.

Doing a quick look at things, this is one of our lowest scoring contests ever, with only 5 correct Quarterfinalists picked by you. I'm at 5, and I can snap your winning streak if Alcaraz wins.
I will admit that my poor women's picks annoy me more than my poor men's picks. In this particular contest, I am not too upset about it since the field was wide, wide open, but seeing as back in the day, my Mauresmo pick in 2006 Wimbledon was my first win, it just annoys me that I can't recapture that inspiration.
