I know that Clijsters's career is usually broken into two parts, before the first retirement and after, but I've always broken it into 3 parts myself.  The first period goes until she got injured in 2004, the second is when she came back in 2005 and goes to her first retirement in 2007, and the third is from her 2009 comeback to her second retirement.

Am I completely crazy in thinking about it this way?
