I was headed to the beach for a one-week vacation last Friday when I looked on my bookshelf and realized I'd never read The Lives and Times of Martina Navratilova that you'd sent me as a prize several years ago.

Just finished it. Thought not particularly well-written (the writer refers to a golfer winning a tournament by a "point."), it was worth the read. There was a lot I did not remember or know about her life. Thanks again for sending it.

I'm glad you liked it!  I had a great used bookstore near by, but it closed a few years ago; that's where I got the Martina book.
